Our Buddhist meditation center is a place where everyone can learn meditation and acquire authentic Buddhist teachings in a friendly, modern environment. Our center is open to all.
Learning timeless methods of the Diamond Way Buddhism in such a way that they can be applied in everyday life, independently and in a free society: this is the offer of our Buddhist Karma Kagyu* Lineage Center in Estonia.
*Kagyu is one of the four main lineages in Tibetan Buddhism.

In all of our centers, the 16th Karmapa meditation is the main practice. It is a guided meditation in Estonian / Russian / English, and can be attended free of charge and without prior registration or prior knowledge.
